Beehive Bids is operated by F4TE LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use beehivebids.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to chase@builtbyf4te.com or (801) 867 8686.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, trade, service area, pricing and any notes or files you attach. We do not buy lists or collect data about you from other sources.

Your phone number and text messages

If you give us your phone number and check the text message consent box, we use your number to send you text messages about open government bid opportunities that match your trade and service area, and status updates on bids you have engaged with. We also use it to reach you by call or text about your submissions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by texting STOP to (801) 867 8686. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email updates.

How we use your information

To match you to bids that fit your trade and area, and to send you those opportunities.
To review and respond to quotes, questions and bench requests you submit.
To carry out a contract with you if we win a bid you quoted.
To keep records required for public procurement.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our messaging (for example our email and CRM providers), and only so they can perform those services for us. As stated above, mobile information and text consent are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or by a public agency as part of a bid we submit on your behalf.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as you are on our bench or as needed to perform and document a contract, and as required by law. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

Your choices

You can update or delete your information, opt out of texts (reply STOP), or ask to be removed from all communication by emailing chase@builtbyf4te.com or calling (801) 867 8686.
