Beehive Bids is a service of F4TE LLC. F4TE LLC bids government and municipal service contracts across Utah, holds the contract, and works with qualified subcontractors who perform the work at their own price. If you provide your phone number and opt in, F4TE LLC (Beehive Bids) will send you text messages about open government bid opportunities that match your trade and service area, and updates on bids you have engaged with. This is what you consent to when you check the text message box on our form.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining our bench or of any bid. You can join and get emails without opting in to texts.
Joining the bench does not create an obligation for us to send you any particular bid, or for you to quote any bid. When you submit a price on a bid, that price is your number for the scope as written. If we are awarded a contract you quoted, the specific terms are put in a separate written agreement before any work begins. Nothing on this site is itself a contract to perform work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, licenses, insurance and other information you give us. Public agencies reject proposals on paperwork, so incomplete or inaccurate submissions can cost a bid.
Bid details, deadlines and packets are provided as a convenience and can change. Always confirm requirements and deadlines against the official solicitation before you rely on them.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
